Refund policy

At Rigwell, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, our Returns & Exchanges Policy outlines the steps to facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 days from the delivery date of the product.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or modified

  • Items purchased under custom orders or special promotions

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or non-returnable at the time of purchase

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate the Request

  1. Provide Necessary Details
    Share your order number, product details, reason for return/exchange, and any relevant photographs of the product.

  2. Await Authorization
    Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

  3. Ship the Product
    Securely pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or Rigwell error.

  4. Inspection & Refund/Exchange
    Once we receive and inspect the product:

  • Refunds: Will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days
  • Exchanges: Replacement product will be dispatched according to our standard delivery schedule

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled at no cost if not yet shipped.
  • After Shipment: The standard return procedure applies.
