At Rigwell, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, our Returns & Exchanges Policy outlines the steps to facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 days from the delivery date of the product.

Product Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact.

Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products that have been used, installed, or modified

Products marked as "Final Sale" or non-returnable at the time of purchase

Initiate the Request

Provide Necessary Details
Share your order number, product details, reason for return/exchange, and any relevant photographs of the product. -
Await Authorization
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions. -
Ship the Product
Securely pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or Rigwell error. -
Inspection & Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the product:
- Refunds: Will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days
- Exchanges: Replacement product will be dispatched according to our standard delivery schedule
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Cancellations
- Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled at no cost if not yet shipped.
- After Shipment: The standard return procedure applies.
